Description
Varietal: Made from 100% Riesling grapes, this Kabinett is fermented in stainless steel tanks and aged for several months on the lees to develop its unique character. With a low alcohol content of 8.5%, it's a refreshing and easy-drinking wine that's perfect for sipping on its own or pairing with light dishes.
Taste: In the glass, the wine has a pale golden color with green hues. The nose is fresh and lively, with aromas of citrus, green apple, and peach. On the palate, it's crisp and well-balanced, with flavors of juicy white fruits, lemon zest, and a touch of minerality. The finish is long and clean, with a hint of sweetness balanced by bright acidity. This Kabinett is a great example of the high-quality Rieslings produced by Maximin Grünhaus.
