Description

Varietal: 100% Grüner Veltliner sourced from 4 different vineyards in the hills above the city of Krems. Fermentation and elevage occur in stainless steel and the wine is bottled at night when the cellars are coolest.

Taste: Inviting aromas of yellow apples, pear and lime peel combine with notes of sorrel and garden herbs on the nose. as well as floral and grassy components with a clean mineral finish. Slightly creamy, with a delicate fruity style that is lively, and well-balanced by acidity. Pleasant character, piquant-spicy mineral notes in the finish.
