Description
Varietal: 100% Chardonnay with an assemblage of 2/3 2018, 1/3 2011-2016. Stainless steel élevage, with 30+ months sur latte & disgorgement in November 2020.
Taste: Delightful Blanc de Blancs marries excellent depth of character – all the citrus, crisp pear and floral aromas of chardonnay – with the charm of fleur de sel, fresh ginger and slivered almond notes. Properly dry, but very harmonious, thanks to the excellent balance of citrus freshness and light creaminess. Long, clean finish, accentuated by the lively mousse & acidity.
