Description
Varietal: Made from a blend of 44% Cabernet Sauvignon, 44% Merlot, and 12% Syrah grapes grown in the Yakima Valley. The grapes are hand-picked and fermented separately before being blended and aged in oak barrels for 18 months. The wine is then bottled unfiltered and unfined to preserve its unique character.
Taste: In the glass, Pollard Yakima Red Blend 2018 has a deep ruby color. On the nose, it offers aromas of black cherry, blackberry, and a hint of spice. On the palate, the wine is rich and full-bodied, with flavors of black fruit, chocolate, and espresso.
