Description
Varietal: 100% Sauvignon Blanc from Sauvignon Blanc clone 1 and Sauvignon Musque from Rewa Vineyard in the Coombsville AVA. Hand-harvested, undergoes full-malolactic fermentation and then is aged in neutral oak and stainless barrels.
Taste: Notes of white flowers, grapefruit, and green apple peel on the palate which are complemented by more subtle aromas of kiwi, lemon zest, gooseberry, lychee and almond on the nose. On the finish notes of lemon curd combined with a stony minerality.
