Description
Varietal: 100% Pinot Noir. Aged for 14 months in all French oak barrels, 60% new.
Taste: Ruby/plum hue in the glass that is scented with notes of Bing cherry, raspberry jam and wild mint on the nose. There are also savory aromas of shiitake mushrooms, sage, and lavender as well. Medium-bodied with cranberry and dried currant flavors that lead into ripe, velvety tannins, and a great finish- it certainly over-delivers for the price!
