Description
The Mittelbach Family are the 5th generation of Tegernseerhof owners; today their son Martin is carrying on the tradition as head winemaker.
Varietal: 100% Riesling. Hand harvested and gently crushed, pressed and fermented in stainless steel tanks for 6-9 months on the lees, filtered but not fined before bottling.
Taste: Overtones of apricot lend an aromatic touch to the mineral expressions. Longevity is guaranteed and shown with harmonic tension in the dry and lasting finish.
