Description
Varietal: Mourvèdre that has been destemmed, and stainless steel fermented. Aged in neutral French oak barrels for 8 months sur lees.
Taste: Ruby red in color. High tone, racy floral notes of rose petals, cassis, hints of all-spice and crushed black pepper. Background notes of black licorice and caramel. Medium bodied, fresh flavors of ripe raspberry & cassis. Finishes long with red fruits and a hint of licorice.
