Description
Varietal: Made from 100% Picpoul grapes, which are hand-picked and carefully selected from the Terra Alta Vineyard. The grapes are fermented in stainless steel tanks to preserve the bright fruit flavors and lively acidity, and the wine is aged for several months on the lees to add complexity and depth.
Taste: In the glass, this wine has a pale straw color with greenish reflections. The nose is bright and aromatic, with notes of lemon, lime, green apple, and white flowers. On the palate, the wine is crisp and refreshing, with mouth-watering acidity and flavors of citrus, melon, and a hint of minerality. The finish is long and clean, leaving a refreshing sensation on the palate.
