Description
Varietal: 100% Chardonnay. 30% new French Oak, 60% neutral French Oak, and 10% Stainless
Steel. This wine was aged for a total of 14 months. 6 months of which were sur lees with occasional stirring to enhance the mouthfeel.
Taste: Showing a deep and concentrated golden tone, it’s a highly expressive wine with layers of yellow apple, supported by a crème brûlée aroma and wrapped in toasted hazelnuts and pineapple upside-down cake. A generous mouthfeel complements the experience, full of creamy vanilla, and lemon custard with a rich finish and soft tannins.
