Dear Beloved Customers,
Petit Philippe will be temporarily closed while we work to resolve an ongoing water issue. There's no cause for alarm, and we promise to keep you updated on when we will be back in full swing with our retail and weekly tastings!
We appreciate your patience and understanding, and we also plan to make the most of this brief closure, which provides us an exciting opportunity for our team to step away for a crucial strategic planning offsite. We'll also focus on how we can continue to elevate your wine experience, introduce even more exceptional selections, and enhance our events & tasting services for you!
Here's what you need to know during our brief closure:
- Order Pick-Ups & La Cave Access: If you have a previously purchased & processed wine order, or if you need to access your wine stored in La Cave, we are available for pick-ups during this period. Please call the store at (704) 332-9910 or email [email protected] to arrange for staff to be onsite at an appointed time for pickup.
- Special Orders: We'll also be happy to take special orders requests via phone or text, which will be filled once we reopen.
