Description
Varietal: A blend of 50% Sangiovese, 25% Cabernet Sauvignon, and 25% Merlot. The grapes were hand-harvested, and the wine was aged for 12 months in French oak barrels.
Taste: This wine has a deep ruby color in the glass. On the nose, it offers aromas of ripe red and black fruits, with hints of spices and vanilla. On the palate, it is full-bodied with well-structured tannins. Flavors of black cherry, currant, and plum are complemented by notes of tobacco and leather. The finish is long and persistent, with a pleasant touch of minerality. This wine can be enjoyed now or cellared for several years.
