Description
Arnaud Lambert’s Château Brézé Crémant de Loire Blanc Brut NV opens with aromas of crisp apple, Anjou pear and lemon peel, layered with delicate white flowers and hints of fresh brioche. On the palate, the wine is bright and polished, offering pure orchard fruit, citrus zest and a clean mineral backbone shaped by the limestone-rich soils of Brézé. The bubbles are fine and persistent, lending structure and finesse, while lively acidity keeps the wine refreshing and energetic. The finish is long and precise, with lingering citrus and chalky minerality. This is a stunning value in traditional-method sparkling—elegant, expressive and beautifully crafted.

Why We Love It at Petit Philippe
Arnaud Lambert is one of the Loire Valley’s rising stars, and his Crémant consistently offers some of the best sparkling-wine value anywhere. We love this bottling for its purity, precision and Champagne-like finesse at a far gentler price. It’s elegant enough for special occasions yet versatile enough for casual holiday gatherings and appetizers.
Winemaking
Château Brézé is home to some of the Loire’s most storied limestone terroirs, and Arnaud Lambert has made it his mission to showcase their potential through organic farming and meticulous cellar work. Grapes for this Crémant are hand-harvested, pressed gently and fermented in stainless steel before undergoing secondary fermentation in the bottle. Extended aging on the lees develops creamy texture, complexity and a fine mousse, while the dominant Chenin Blanc component brings tension, minerality and bright acidity. The result is a sparkling wine of remarkable precision and freshness.
