Description
Varietal: 100% Chardonnay grapes sourced from Grand Cru vineyards in the Cote des Blancs region of Champagne. The wine underwent a secondary fermentation in the bottle and was aged on the lees for 6 years before disgorgement.
Taste: pale gold in color with aromas of lemon zest, green apple, and white flowers. On the palate, flavors of grapefruit, honeydew melon, and wet stone are balanced by lively acidity and a crisp, dry finish.
