Description
Varietal: A blend of 60% Sauvignon Blanc and 40% Semillon, harvested by hand and fermented in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature. The wine is then aged on lees for 6 months before bottling.
Taste: Pale yellow in color, with aromas of citrus, white flowers, and a hint of vanilla. On the palate, it's fresh and lively, with a good balance between acidity and fruitiness. The finish is long and mineral.
