Description
Varietal: 100% Pinot Noir from the Dundee Hills AVA that are volcanic, very deep and rich in iron. These Jory type soils drain well and hold plenty of water for the growing season. Aged 18 months in new & used French oak.
Taste: Rich aromas of blueberries, floral notes of roses and violets, and a touch of dark chocolate and earth (“Dundee dust”) complexity. Supported by a velvety tannins with flavors of juicy cherries and blueberries along with a touch of black licorice.
