Derived from a selected harvest of the ripest Chenin Blanc grapes, avoiding any botrysis to retain and intense and pure fruit profile. Aged 6 months on lees in stainless steel tanks and partially fermented in oak barrels to incorporate a subtle vanilla character.

Tasting Notes: This silky dry white showcases an intense and pure fruit profile with a subtle vanilla character that enhances and mingles with ripe melon and pear flavors, ultimately balanced by a refreshing citrus acidity. Overall, a lovely fusion of richness and freshness where the fruit is framed by minerality and the finish stays fresh.

About Domain Boutet-Saulnier: Established in 1950, the estate was only a small piece of land addition to polyculture and farming activities. When Christophe Boutet took over after his father's death in 1997, he led the development of the estate from 7 to 12 hectares, with a focused commitment to sustainable practices for growing, vinifying and crafting wines.
