Description
Varietal: 100% Vermentinu from Corsica. Direct pressing in whole bunches, static settling 24-48 hours, stainless steel fermentation, maturing on lees 6 months. Light filtration if necessary by vintage.
Taste: Pale yellow with hints of gold in the glass. The wine evolves on the nose with fennel & white flowers, followed by juicy melon and pink grapefruit. Rich and full of body while still refreshing. Long mineral finish with some salinity as well.
