We’re honored to welcome Rosemary Cakebread, one of Napa Valley’s most respected winemakers, for a rare evening in Charlotte. This intimate dinner will feature five of her exceptional Gallica wines — elegant, small-production bottlings from premier sites across California — paired with a seasonal multi-course menu.
Let these expressive, terroir-driven wines transport you to the iconic vineyards of Oakville, Sonoma Valley, St. Helena, and the Sierra Foothills, where they are thoughtfully crafted by hand.
Meet Rosemary Cakebread
This is our third special event with Rosemary, and we’re thrilled to welcome her back. Known for her quiet leadership and uncompromising approach to quality, Rosemary’s journey through the world of wine has made a lasting impact on Napa Valley.
A graduate of UC Davis, Rosemary began her career at the legendary Inglenook before working under Christian Moueix at Dominus Estate. She went on to lead winemaking at Spottswoode Estate from 1997 to 2005, crafting some of the most lauded Cabernets of the era. In 2007, she launched Gallica, a deeply personal project that brings her full-circle as both proprietor and winemaker.
Her wines are celebrated for their restraint, elegance, and sense of place — always honest reflections of the vineyards and vintages from which they come.
