Varietal: Il Colle Brunello di Montalcino 2017 is a single-vineyard wine made from 100% Sangiovese grapes grown in the Montalcino region of Tuscany. The grapes are hand-harvested, then fermented with natural yeasts and aged for 36 months in Slavonian oak barrels. The wine is bottled unfiltered and aged for an additional 12 months before release.
