Description
Varietal: Made from 100% Cabernet Sauvignon grapes, carefully handpicked and fermented in stainless steel tanks. It is aged for 22 months in 100% new French oak barrels, which gives it a perfect balance of oak influence and fruit expression.
Taste: In the glass, the wine is a deep ruby color. The aromas are of dark berries, black currants, and black cherry, complemented by notes of vanilla and cedar from the oak. On the palate, the wine is rich and full, with flavors of blackberry, plum, and dark chocolate. The tannins are firm yet velvety, and the finish is long and lingering, with a touch of spice. This wine can be enjoyed now or cellared for up to 10 years.
