Description
Varietal: 100% Montepulciano
Taste:On the nose, intense aromas of dark cherry, plum, and blackberry, along with hints of vanilla and sweet spice, derived from its aging process in oak barrels. As the wine opens up, it reveals more complex aromas of tobacco, leather, and earthy notes. On the palate, the wine is full-bodied and well-structured, with a velvet-like structure. The fruit flavors are more pronounced on the palate, reminiscent of English red licorice. The tannins are firm but well-integrated, while the acidity is refreshing and helps to lengthen the already long and satisfying finish.
