Description
Varietal: 100% Pinot Noir. Still wine is fermented in stainless steel tanks and carbonic acid added
according to the Prosecco-method.
Taste: Pink in color with delicate bubbles that rise in the flute. The bouquet reminds of strawberries, and Binf cherries. The palate appears refreshing, fruity and finely chiseled and presents a particularly elegant Perlage. Well integrated acidity and a harmonious finish.
