Varietal: 91% Cabernet Sauvignon, 9% Merlot. 22 months in French oak barrel (30% new cask).
Taste: Purple-black in the glass with a bouquet of ripe raspberries, cherries and milk chocolate and ribbons of caramel. The palate is full and rich with juicy fruit that coats your mouth. Subtle white pepper and toasty finish round out the wine into a long finish.
