Monte Carbonare is the hill upon which the vineyard is situated. The word Carbonare refers to coal- used to describe the black volcanic soils. The Tessari family describes this Garganega wine as “earth in a glass” - a pure expression of their terroir.

Description
Varietal: 100% Garganega. Aged 12 months in stainless steel, then followed by 6 months of bottle aging.
Taste: Straw yellow with brilliant highlights. The nose shows yellow flowers, exotic fruit and white peach are beautifully interwoven with crushed stone and dusty mineral. A juicy mid-weight palate is accented with aromatic herbs and almond alongside crisp acidity. The finish is dry, mineral-driven and very persistent.
