Wölffer Estate ‘Spring in a Bottle’ Non-Alcoholic Rosé Sparkling NV

Varietal: Pinot Noir, Meunier, Saint Laurent and Dornfelder

Harvested from meticulously grown grapes in certified organically farmed Strauch Family vineyards in the Rheinhessen region of Germany. The fruit was carefully handpicked with a brief 12-hour skin maceration to achieve the right rose color, followed by a gentle whole-cluster pressing.

Slow, cool fermentation in stainless-steel tanks, with a short aging time on the lees prior to being filtered. Alcohol and other volatiles gently removed using low-temp, single pass vacuum rectification to preserve the wine's aromas and flavors. After careful tasting trials, wine was lightly sweetened with a minimal amount of organic sugar to achieve balance and freshness while still maintaining a dry profile.

Only 2,000 cases produced.

Tasting Notes: With a bright, light rose color, this sparkling wine has a vibrant, refreshing mouth-feel filled with lovely fruit notes of fresh peach, citrus notes, and ripe red berries and balanced with lively acidity and minerality. This non-alcoholic sparkling has an elegant lightness from the start to the long-satisfying and cleansing finish.

Petit Philippe N/A Review: A high-quality non-alcoholic sparkling! While the nose might be a little different, the palate drinks just like a delicious alcoholic sparkling rosé. Great bubbles and fruit-forward taste without the sugary sweetness.
