Description

Varietal: 100% Pinot Noir grown in deep limestone that have varying degrees of clay topsoils. Aged much like the best from Champagne- about 30 months prior to bottling.

Taste: The freshness and ripeness of green and yellow apple flesh strikes with purity on this dry sparkling wine's nose. The palate offers the same expressive fruit, gentle bubbles, and a nice light creaminess.
