Description
Varietal: 100% Pinot Noir. 10-20% whole cluster. 2-3 week ambient yeast fermentation with pumpovers. Aged for 8-12 months in used barrels.
Tasting Notes: Light ruby red in color. On the nose, an elegant and fresh bouquet emerges, with notes of red fruits and floral nuances. Lively acidity and fine tannins on the palate with a light but persistent structure.
