Description
Varietal: 100% Gamay. Carbonic maceration with whole clusters and indigenous yeasts. Macerated 3 for weeks on the skins and fermented at 68°F in stainless steel tanks. Matured 6 months on the fine lees in
concrete tanks.
Taste: Wonderfully polished and one of the most exciting bottles of Beaujolais we've seen from the vintage. The wine has structure and richness. Together, they give density, ripe tannins, and a
juicy black-cherry quality to this fine wine. While the wine is young, it has swathes of fruit and structure.
