Description
Varietal: 100% Barbera. The grapes are hand-harvested and sorted, then fermented in stainless steel tanks. The wine is aged for 12 months in oak barrels, followed by 2 months in bottle before release.
Taste: Ruby red in color with violet hues. Aromas of cherry, blackberry, and plum with hints of vanilla and spice. On the palate, the wine is medium-bodied with a silky texture, balanced acidity, and soft tannins. The finish is long and elegant with notes of dark fruit and a touch of oak.
