Description
Varietal: 51% Cabernet Sauvignon, 16% Malbec, 15% Cabernet Franc, 13% Merlot & 5% Petit Verdot. The grapes are hand-harvested and undergo a sorting process before being fermented in stainless steel tanks. The wine is then aged in oak barrels for 12 to 15 months, depending on the vintage, to add complexity and depth to the wine.
Taste: A deep ruby color in the glass. On the nose, it offers aromas of ripe blackberries, cherries, and plum, with notes of vanilla, tobacco, and dark chocolate. The palate is rich and full-bodied, with flavors of dark fruit, cedar, and spices. The tannins are firm and well-structured, providing a long and satisfying finish with a touch of minerality. "Fusion V" is a wine that will continue to evolve with age and can be cellared for up to 10 years.
