With a passion for winemaking ignited, Jean-Marc travelled the world to gain new skills before settling back in the South of France to establish Domaine Lafage with Eliane Lafage.
Varietal(s): 70% Syrah, 30% Grenache; Hand harvested and fermented in tank with 12 months aging in concrete tanks (75%) and 600L French oak demi-muids (25%), vegan
