Stefano Perrone’s Bigarò is one of Piedmont’s best aperitivo wines. Bigarò is a softly sweet, gently effervescent salmon-colored sparkler made from Brachetto and Moscato grapes.

Description
Varietal: Brachetto / Moscato. Grapes are softly crushed in order to preserve all fragrances. The must macerates with the pomace for 4-5 days to extract all the color and the aromatic patrimony. After destemming, fermentation is carried out at a low temperature in an autoclave.
Taste: Similar to Moscato in sweetness, the Perrone Bigarò substitutes red fruits for Moscato’s typical tropical fruits. Enjoy wild strawberry, raspberry and rose notes on the nose. On the palate there are floral red raspberries, cinnamon, flowers, sweet herbs and a host of other aromas and flavors.
