Description
Varietal: 100% Viognier spends 6 months being aged in 59% stainless steel, 23% used French oak, 11% new French oak and 7% concrete egg.
Taste: Expressive floral aromas on the nose along with a fresh ripeness of melon and tropical fruit on the palate. Clean core with mineral tension and lively acidity. Pure finish that is not overly perfumed- well structured from beginning to end.
