Description
Varietal:100% Piedirosso from the Vesuvian area characterized by volcanic soils, loose & very rich in minerals Vinified in steel tanks (about 15 days) at a controlled temperature (22°C-24°C) and aging in the bottle for a few months.
Taste Profile: Ruby red in color in the glass with notes of cherry and plum, and hints of spice and cloves, mineral sensations and the peculiar smoky trait. On the palate it is delicate, highly drinkable and fresh.
