Description
Varietal: 85% Cabernet Sauvignon, 6% Merlot, 5% Petite Verdot, 2% Cabernet Franc, and 2% Malbec. Aged 18 months in 50% new Oak, 50% once used thin stave, tight grain French oak barrels. Crafted via gravity flow.
Taste: Deep red Bing cherries, black cassis, floral notes, and chocolate covered espresso bean aromas lead to a fresh, fruit forward entry. Rich, concentrated mid palate continue to a structured, mouth watering balanced acidity. Great fine-grained tannins provide a framework for this velvety textured, expressive Cabernet. Long & polished finish.
