Description
Varietal: : 76% Cabernet Sauvignon, 20% Merlot, 3% Petit Verdot, 1% Cab Franc. Fermented in stainless steel tank. Aged 18 months: 85% French Oak (15% new), 15% American Oak (all new).
Taste: Fresh nose of cherry, blackberry, subtle raspberry and notes of oak and vanilla. Flavors of ripe cherry, red berry and fresh plum mingled with mocha. The palate is medium bodied with a ripe red fruit with nice balanced acidity and supple tannins.
