Description
Varietal: 100% Grenache (from La Serres, La Crau, and La Guigasse) that was not destemmed and was brought up all in used demi-muids.
Taste: Briliant ruby red in the glass, and bursting with a spice scented bouquet evoking ripe red fruits black raspberries, ground pepper, and earthy notes. On the palate it is plush & ripe with juicy, ripe dark berries and plums that lead into a concentrated palate. The long finish shows some spice.
