Description
Varietal: A blend of three grape varietals – 50% Sylvaner, 30% Pinot Blanc, and 20% Muscat. The grapes are hand-harvested and fermented in stainless steel tanks, with no oak aging, to maintain the purity and freshness of the fruit.
Taste: The wine has a pale gold color in the glass, with aromas of white flowers, citrus, and stone fruit. On the palate, it is lively and refreshing, with flavors of green apple, lemon zest, and honeydew melon. The wine has a crisp acidity and a clean, mineral-driven finish.
