Description
Varietal: 100% Chardonnay. Kimmeridgian limestone soils give the now 40+ year old vines an incredible amount of minerality, tension, and focus. Vinified in stainless steel.
Tasting Note: Wonderful balance. Bright floral, green apple and tropical fruit notes are complemented with balanced acidity & minerality. Saline undertones, and some ripe fruit on the palate lead to a dry finish.
