Description
Varietal: Made from 100% hand-picked grapes, which are gently pressed and fermented with wild yeast in stainless steel tanks to preserve the purity of the fruit. The wine is left to age on lees for a few months to enhance the texture and complexity.
Taste: In the glass, this Riesling is pale yellow with green reflections. On the nose, it reveals aromas of lemon zest, lime, and green apple, with subtle hints of jasmine and honey. On the palate, it is crisp and refreshing, with flavors of citrus and stone fruit, complemented by a delicate minerality. The finish is long and zesty, with a mouth-watering acidity.
