Description
Varietal: Made from 100% estate-grown grapes sourced from the Santa Rita Hills appellation in Santa Barbara County, California. The grapes were hand-harvested and carefully sorted before being fermented with native yeasts in small batches. The wine was aged in French oak barrels, with 40% new oak, for 14 months to enhance its complexity and structure.
Taste: Racines "Sainte Rose" Santa Rita Hills Pinot Noir 2019 has a deep ruby color in the glass. On the nose, it offers aromas of ripe black cherries, raspberry jam, and subtle hints of vanilla and cinnamon.
