Description
Varietal: Syrah that is fermented with a small percentage of whole bunches and using only native, wild yeasts, this cuvée was given an additional year of élévage in neutral French oak barriques before being bottled without fining or filtration.
Taste: Some complexity on the nose with primary fresh red fruit and secondary notes of herbs, olive, orange bitters, and crushed rock. Medium body with good depth and some earthy undertones that blend well with the tannin structure.
