Why We Love It
Roederer replaced their iconic Brut Premier with the “Collection” series to create a Champagne that evolves with each release. Collection 245 is built around the warm, balanced 2020 harvest, bringing extra ripeness and depth while maintaining Roederer’s hallmark elegance and freshness.
It’s polished, layered, and incredibly reliable — the kind of Champagne that works for almost any occasion.
Winemaking
Collection 245 is built from three key components:
2020 Harvest (55%)
The base vintage provides ripeness, concentration, and structure.
Perpetual Reserve (35%)
A solera-style reserve begun in 2012 adds depth, complexity, and consistency.
Oak-Aged Reserve Wines (10%)
Older reserve wines aged in oak bring texture and subtle smoky notes.
The wine undergoes partial malolactic fermentation and is finished with a moderate Brut dosage to balance richness and freshness.
