A New Way to Learn Wine
When we asked for your feedback, one theme came through clearly: many of you want to learn more about wine.
Not through memorization.
Not in a formal classroom.
But in a way that feels practical, welcoming, and rooted in true enjoyment.
Wine Atelier was created in response to that.
We believe wine education should feel like discovery, not pressure. It should meet you where you are, grow with your curiosity, and connect what’s in your glass to the bigger story behind it.

What is Wine Atelier?
Wine Atelier is a modern wine education program, anchored by a series of monthly workshop designed for curious wine lovers who want to understand more... without committing to a formal certification track.
At its core, Atelier is:
• A series of guided monthly workshops
• Standalone topics that also build over time
• A structured but flexible learning experience
• Small-group and discussion-driven
• Curiosity-led and welcoming at every level
Each workshop can be attended on its own. Together, they create a full season of intentional wine exploration: from tasting fundamentals to regional deep dives to real-life application.

How Wine Atelier Works
One Workshop Each Month
Wine Atelier runs from March through February, with one workshop held each month from 6:30–8:00 PM (typically the last Thursday of the month) in our La Cave cellar room.
Workshops are intentionally limited to 25 seats to maintain an interactive and thoughtful environment.
Three Learning Pillars
The season is organized into three pillars, allowing you to build knowledge in a balanced and intentional way:
Foundations
Build the language and structure behind what you taste.
Exploration
Discover how geography, climate, and tradition shape wine styles.
Application
Bring wine knowledge into real life through collecting, pairing, hosting, and buying with intention.
You can follow one path or explore them all!
Flexible Participation
• Join for 3, 6, or 12 workshops
• Book your workshops in advance as a member

Wine Atelier is for anyone who wants to understand wine more clearly and enjoy it more fully.
You do not need prior wine knowledge.
You do not need to memorize maps or grape lists.
You simply need curiosity.
This program is ideal if you:
• Want more confidence choosing wine in shops or restaurants
• Enjoy tastings and want to go deeper

Continue the Experience at Home
At the end of each workshop, members receive a wine credit toward the wines tasted in class.
This allows you to revisit, reinforce, and continue your learning beyond the workshop — bringing structure and intention into your personal collection.
