Winemaking
Fruit is sourced from two estate sites—Iron Filbert (Dundee Hills) and Quartz Acorn (Yamhill-Carlton). Grapes are hand-harvested and whole-cluster pressed for purity, then aged on the lees for about 10 months in French oak with minimal new oak, preserving freshness while building subtle texture and depth.
