Varietal: 90% Malbec, 5% Merlot, 5% Tannat. Aged for 20 months in barrel. Certified organic.
Taste: Its upright and welcoming character will tell you a lot about the appellation and its wines. An intense and fresh nose with layers of dark raspberry & blackcurrant that mingle with waves of wild pepper, mint, smoke, crushed herbs, and incense. Medium to full bodied on the palate, it maintains a vibrancy, and its rich tannins are fully blended into the wine's intense fruitiness. The 2020 Cahors has weight, balance and potential.
