Varietal: 100% Sauvignon Blanc; hand harvested from 30-year old vines. Biodynamically farmed vineyards. Made in tank to preserve the inherent fruitiness of Sauvignon.

Taste: Bright citrus aromas (grapefruit, lemon) along with a savory herbal touch. Clean finish w a great balance of fruit and acidity.
