Workshop Overview
Rosé is shaped by sun, wind, and proximity to water — and the best examples are far more serious than many people expect.
In this workshop, we’ll explore Provence, Bandol, Tavel, and other benchmark rosé regions through the lens of geography and climate. You’ll learn how rosé is made, why some bottles are simple and refreshing, and why others offer depth, texture, and age-worthiness.
This session reframes rosé as real wine — not a trend.
