Varietal: Cabernet Sauvignon. Age in 40% new French oak, and 60% once filled French oak.
Taste: This wine has hints of cherry cola, vanilla, and dark fruit on the nose. The structure is rounded with some leather and spice that lingers along with the dry finish.
